Everything I make regardless of its subject is an expression of joy.  Most of my art is spontaneous and intuitive.  When I approach a blank canvas I seldom have a plan.  I simply begin and people, animals, flowers, and birds show up.  One of my greatest pleasures is meeting the inhabitants of the world I created.  

 

I work primarily on canvas.  I use acrylic paint, markers, ink and colored pencil.  I’m inspired by nature, retro glamour, music, spirituality, and lawless females.
